Shipments and returns

Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 5-6 weeks after receipt of payment and are shipped via DHL with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by DHL Extra with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online. If the production time is extended due to the size of the order or lack of components, we will inform you of the revised delivery date as soon as it is known. Custom-made orders are evaluated individually each time, including their estimated delivery time.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Estimated delivery time for most European countries is around 5–6 business days.
For destinations outside the EU, similar delivery times may apply, but please be aware of potential customs duties or import taxes, which are regulated by the destination country and are not covered by Lenurrio.

 Returns

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. That's why you have the right to return your order within 14 days from delivery, in line with our store policy.

Please note, however, that custom-made or personalized products are non-returnable, as they are created specifically to your request.
