Terms and Conditions – Lenurrio Online Store
Effective from: 01.04.2025

§1 General Information

These Terms govern the use of the online store available at https://lenurrio.com, including the rules of purchasing products and submitting complaints.

Store owner: Lenurrio, ul.5 Stycznia 46, 64-200 Wolsztyn, Poland (NIP:9231617018).

§2 Definitions

• Seller – Lenurrio.

• User / Client – Natural or legal person using the Store.

• Consumer – Natural person making a purchase for non-business purposes.

• Business Client – Entity making purchases related to business activities.

• Account – Registered user profile.

• Agreement – Distance sales agreement between the User and the Seller.

• Privacy Policy – Separate document describing data protection and cookie use.

§3 Technical Requirements

To use the Store, a User needs:

• Internet access,

• Updated browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, etc.),

• Email account,

• Enabled cookies and JavaScript.

§4 User Account

Account creation requires email, username, captcha verification, and acceptance of the Terms and Privacy Policy. Users may edit data, view order history, add payment methods, or delete the account at any time.

§5 Ordering Process

Orders are placed via the website and confirmed by email. Payment options:

• Online payment (PayPal),

• Credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, AmEx),

• Bank transfer,

• Cash on delivery (Poland only).

The contract is concluded upon payment.

§6 Delivery

Shipping is free within Poland. EU and UK deliveries are subject to fees shown before payment. Delivery time: 3-25 business days, depending on the product.
Upon delivery, inspect the package in presence of the courier. Damaged parcels must be reported immediately with a damage report.

§7 Right of Withdrawal (Consumers only)

Consumers may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason. Return costs are covered by the customer.
Returned items must be unused, complete, and (if possible) in original packaging. No returns accepted for custom-made products. Refunds within 14 days via the original payment method.

Important:
The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made products, i.e. items manufactured according to the Consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.
Consumers are informed during the ordering process if a product is made to order and non-returnable.

Shipping costs for the return are covered by the Consumer, unless otherwise agreed. Cash-on-delivery returns are not accepted. A proof of purchase and return form must be included with the package.

§8 Product Non-Conformity & Complaints (Consumers)

Consumers may request repair or replacement of non-conforming goods. If impossible, they may request a price reduction or withdraw from the contract.
Complaints must be sent via email or post with a description and photos. The seller has 14 days to respond. Return costs are covered by the Seller. Improper packaging may void the claim.

§9 Warranty (Business Clients)

Warranty liability is excluded for B2B transactions.

§10 Product Guarantee

All products are covered by a 2-year guarantee. Conditions are detailed in the guarantee card.

§11 Electronic Services

Free services include:

• Browsing, ordering, chat support, account management, and leaving reviews (via TrustMate).
  Account users can access order history and product manuals.

§12 Service Terms

• Browsing: valid during use,

• Ordering: valid until order is fulfilled,

• Account: indefinite until deleted by the User,

• Reviews: one-time or until discontinued.
  Users must provide accurate data and use the Store legally.

§13 Complaints – Services

Submit complaints via email with a detailed description. §8 applies accordingly.

§14 Seller’s Liability

The Seller is not liable for:

• User errors or violation of Terms,

• Technical issues beyond control,

• Spam filters, data loss, unauthorized account access.
  Users must update contact info if it changes.

§15 Personal Data

Data processing is governed by the Privacy Policy.
Personal data is required to fulfill orders and is legally protected.

§16 Code of Conduct

Lenurrio complies with EU consumer protection laws and strives for ethical sales and quality post-sale support.

§17 Intellectual Property

All site content is protected by copyright. Users may use content only for personal use. By submitting content (e.g. reviews), Users grant the Seller a free license to use it.

§18 Final Provisions

Accepting the Terms confirms their understanding.
Changes will be announced via email.
Polish law applies. EU Consumers may choose more favorable local laws.
Disputes with businesses will be handled by courts in Poland.
EU consumers may use out-of-court dispute resolution platforms (e.g. ODR).
