We ship all our orders with DHL Express (Economy) – a reliable partner trusted across Europe and beyond.

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a shipping notification with tracking details, so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

Estimated delivery time for most European countries is around 5–6 business days.
For destinations outside the EU, similar delivery times may apply, but please be aware of potential customs duties or import taxes, which are regulated by the destination country and are not covered by Lenurrio.

Please note, however, that custom-made or personalized products are non-returnable, as they are created specifically to your request.
